Drink a lot of water
To have fresh and hydrated skin, ensure that you consume a lot of water. This is because, on drinking a lot of water, all your body cells become hydrated via the blood and the skin being one of the largest body organs, it also ends up being hydrate thus flushing toxins and impurities out of a cellular level.
