The school is almost out, and the kids will be asking, “What are we doing today?” Just from this one statement, it looks like it just might be a long summer. But why let it be that way? Summer was the fun time where my parents found the time to take me to the movies! I like the idea of taking my kids to watch a movie plus if it is a hot or rainy day it is a great option then being inside.
The local theaters in your area do offer free or low-cost movies. They previously run movies, but they are big hit kids movies such as The Storks, The Lego Movie, Sing, and Trolls just to name a few. But get your kids excited and let them get a small bucket of popcorn and soda to enjoy the show.
