With summer here you always do not want to make the traditional taco for dinner. Then try my Cilantro Lime Fish Tacos. They are light and very tasty with a few ingredients which will make your family wanting more. Plus the Cilantro Lime Sauce is universal to use on Pork or even Chicken. Tell me what you think?

What you need
4 Tilapia Filets
8oz Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. of Mayonnaise
1 bunch of Cilantro
1 tsp. of Garlic
1 tsp of Olive oil
Old Bay, Pepper, salt and garlic salt to taste
1 bay leaf
1 lemon
3 limes
1 Red Cabbage Shredded
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Corn or Flour Tortillas
Pico de Gallo
What to you
Prepare your fish (thawed) with garlic, lemon, seasoning, bay leaf and olive oil in a 350 oven for 8-10 minutes
While fish is cooking shred your cabbage, cut a whole lime in quarters. Set aside for later.
Prepare your cilantro lime sauce. In a blender add sour cream, Juice from 2 limes, mayo, cilantro, salt (to taste) and garlic. Blend well until blended. Set aside in refrigerator for later.
One fish is done allow to cool then cut in to smaller pieces.
Assemble your tacos.
