Our weekend breakfast is usually full of breakfast favorites such as pancakes, French toast, bacon, and eggs. Having a house full of the company over the weekend makes you get creative enough to think of a different way to make breakfast fun and yummy.
So what ingredients makes for a different meal? I was running low on a few of the traditional items, but made due with things I would never have thought of for breakfast such as peanut butter and jelly, or pina colada? With just a few simple ingredients that you would consider for other meals will take breakfast to a whole new level.

Peanut Butter and Jelly is not just for lunch can be breakfast too. French toast stuffed peanut butter and jelly. Yes, this is so amazing being able to incorporate breakfast and lunch together wow so not boring. Also if you are like me, you can make breakfast food good for any meal of the day. How about fusing bananas, pecans, and peanut butter together, makes you think of Elvis. Elvis known for great hits in music was also well known for his favorite sandwich, peanut butter, and banana. This soon became my favorite right away, but I still wanted more. I brought the feeling of being on a tropical island in my kitchen by making Pina Colada stuffed French toast.

PB and J Stuffed French toast

Ingredients
  1. 1 loaf of white sliced bread
  2. 2 tsp. peanut butter (per sandwich)
  3. 2 tsp. jelly (your choice of flavor)
  4. 1-2 tabs of butter (per sandwich)
  5. Powered sugar
  6. maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Get your pan nice and hot. Spread the butter on each side of the bread. Coating the sides evenly.
  2. Add your peanut butter and jelly on each bread piece. Allow cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown on each side. Sprinkle Powered sugar and add syrup.
Notes
  1. Serve with your favorite sides bacon or sausage!

The Elvis- Hunka Hunka Burning Stuffed French toast

Ingredients
  1. 1 loaf of white sliced bread
  2. 2-3 bananas, sliced
  3. 2 tsp. peanut butter (per sandwich)
  4. 1-2 tabs of butter (per sandwich)
  5. Powered sugar
  6. 1/4 cup of pecans
  7. maple syrup
  8. whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Get your pan nice and hot. Spread the butter on each side of the bread. Coating the sides evenly.
  2. Add your peanut better on each side also adding the slices of bananas (about 4-5 slices). Sprinkle the pecans in between the bananas and peanut butter. Allow cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown on each side. Sprinkle Powered sugar and add syrup (optional). Garnish with Bananas and pecans on top.
Notes
  1. Serve with your favorite side bacon or sausage!!!

  1. 1 loaf of white sliced bread
  2. 2-3 bananas, sliced
  3. 1-2 tabs of butter (per sandwich)
  4. Powered sugar
  5. 1 can of pineapples, drained (keep juice on the side)
  6. ΒΌ-shredded coconut
  7. Maple Syrup
  8. 1 can of whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Get your pan nice and hot. Spread the butter on each side of the bread. Coating the sides evenly.
  2. Add your whipped cream on each side of the bread, also adding bananas, pineapple and coconut. Drizzle the pineapple juice on top of ingredients then cook. Allow cooking for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown on each side. Sprinkle Powered sugar and add syrup (optional). Garnish with Bananas, whipped cream, pineapples and coconut on top.

  1. Serve with your favorite side Bacon or sausage
