5 Things you won’t want to Miss with your Kids at Busch Garden in Williamsburg

Spring is well under way for the 2017 season at Busch Gardens. Kids of all ages will be happy to be apart of all this fun! Here is a compiled list of what you don’t want to miss.

KIDsiderate Attractions– It’s all about the kids nine years and younger with these attractions. Children never have to fear not being able to get on rides; this area is just for you. Sesame Street Forest of Fun and the Land of the Dragons are where you and your little ones will spend lots of fun!

See the animals- Have a love for animals? You do not need to travel to far to see one of the best attractions in the park, especially the animals in their most natural state. Visit the Highland Stables to interact with the horses and get long lasting memories. Watch the wolves howl in excitement as you learn about them in their habitat in the Secret Life of Predators. My favorite is the Lorikeet Glen, where you can meet new friends full of color and free flying in their aviary.

Check out the shows just for the kids- what is a day at Busch Gardens without a good show. Kids will always be in amazement with Elmo and friends with daily concerts. But check out the unique calendar of the KIDsiderate concert series in the Global Theatre in England. You will see such acts as Choo Choo Soul with Genevieve, Kids Bop Kids, and Teen Stars Live. The best part of it all is that no need to purchase extra tickets, it’s already included in the price of admission.

InvadR- April 7 began the most exciting time for Busch Gardens with the opening of InvadR. For any young thrill seeker, they will be amazed at nine air times Hills with a 74-foot drop that will have you on an amazing adventure. If your little one is a thrill seeker, this is the ride for them. There is a high requirement of 46”.

Kid Friendly Events- the kid’s events do not stop when the spring and summer season dies down. New for 2017 is the Kid-Friendly Halloween Event. Not too spooky or scary for your little one’s where children can dress up and join on parades with family fun.

You will not be disappointed with so many new fun things for kids and their families for the 2017 season. Do not forget you will still have time to get the Free Pre-School Pass for children age 3-5 to get the two park experience at Busch Gardens and Water Country totally free! But don’t wait because that deal will end soon!
